Borba Interactive House Museum
In Borba, the Rézio family was one of the first to embrace vine growing and played an important role in the evolution of Borba’s wines.

The walls of the cellar hold smells, memories, conversations and work. Explore on this guided tour the history of the Rézio family, this house and winery, their role in the history of Borba wines and the perfect recipe for this primitive winemaking technique.

A sharing of unique stories and curiosities, observation and exclusive access to museum pieces and spaces in the winery.

Dorine Jansen was born in the Netherlands, but has lived in Alto Alentejo since 2009.

She expresses herself creatively through the ‘dot technique’, where dots of paint are placed in patterns on a surface.
In this workshop led by the artist, each participant will have the opportunity to learn about the origins and techniques used, and then create their own artwork. They will have 3 hours to explore and enjoy glasses of wine.

The Casa Museu Interativa de Borba has the honour of inviting you to the opening of the exhibition 𝘿𝙤𝙩-𝘼𝙧𝙩 by Dorine Jansen, which will take place on February 15th 2025 at 4.00pm in the exhibition space of the Casa Museu Interativa de Borba.

The exhibition, 𝘿𝙤𝙩-𝘼𝙧𝙩, is a search for harmony and balance in colour and form, and will be on show until March 30th 2025.

Fado Nights are back at Adega!

On November 16th 2024, at 8pm, we’ll be hosting a live Cante ao Piano concert to mark the 10th anniversary of Cante Alentejano becoming Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

We can count on the presence of the unmistakable voice of António José Falé, from the choral groups ‘Cantadores de Redondo’ and ‘Trovadores de Redondo’, accompanied at the piano by Maestro José Rui do Monte.
