With the arrival of the Christmas school holidays, the Interactive Museum of Borba is offering leisure workshops for children.
In December, we have prepared a special programme that promises lots of fun, creativity, socialising and interaction with other children, and learning.
17 December | 4pm – 5pm
Yoga for Children | with a Christmas theme, with pre-school and primary school teacher Filipa Saboga.
In yoga classes for children, the children don’t just sit with their eyes closed. Here they learn:
To look at themselves;
To get to know and value themselves;
To deal with emotions;
To breathe and relax.
All this in a playful and super fun way, in order to promote not only all these aspects, but also to stimulate creativity and imagination, and develop team spirit and cooperation.
